Dear heavenly father I now know that I am a sinner and that im unable to be in relationship with you without believing in your son Jesus. 

I know that you are a loving God who was willing to go through great hardship in order that we could be in relationship with you. 

Thank you for all you have done for me. 

Thank you for forgiving me of my sins.

I ask you Father that you would meet me where I am right now that you would make yourself known to me. 

Father show me how to live a life that is pleasing to you.
